Step 1 – Locate
The Buying Agents will discuss your requirements via face to face meeting, telephone and email and then locate properties that suit your requirements from all estate agents, private vendors and off-market properties. From these, they will create a shortlist of properties which closely match your needs and arrange and attend viewings with you.
Step 2 – Evaluate
They will evaluate properties on your shortlist, give you a professional opinion on their value in the current market, and ensure you are making the right decision on the right property before you purchase it.
Step 3 – Negotiate
Your Buying Agent will advise you on the right offer to make and negotiate with the vendor’s agent on your behalf to get you the best possible price.
Step 4 – Complete
Once the offer is accepted, we will oversee your property transaction through exchange to completion. We will arrange conveyancing including searches and legal documentation, surveys and/or specialist reports and work alongside your Contractor Home Search Agent to ensure the whole process runs smoothly.
