Our broker Stacey started our remortgage six months in advance, so that we would not go onto the variable rate (because if we did we would have paid more). By our second phone call, Stacey had found the exact type of mortgage we were looking for and secured us our rate. Because she’d sorted out our mortgage two years ago (we were on a fixed rate), she already had most of our details, so we were simple updating her. As I said, I was surprised the whole thing took about two weeks. Stacey is professional, dynamic and I have already recommended her to friends and work colleagues and I would not hesitate to recommend her again.
